Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By booking a service from Bizcart Cabs, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), including any future amendments, modifications, and updates. These Terms govern your access to and use of all services provided by Bizcart Cabs.

2. Booking and Confirmation

2.1. Request for Service

All service bookings must be made through the official booking form, via our dedicated WhatsApp channel, or through a registered corporate account manager. Requests are tentative until confirmed.

2.2. Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a written confirmation (via email, WhatsApp, or booking portal) detailing the vehicle type, date, time, pickup/drop-off locations, and total cost.

2.3. Minimum Booking Notice

While we strive to accommodate last-minute requests, a minimum notice period (e.g., 4 hours) may apply for guaranteed service availability, especially for VIP and bulk travel services.

3. Cancellations and Changes

3.1. Customer-Initiated Cancellation

Cancellations must be communicated to the coordinator immediately. The following charges apply:

More than 6 hours before pickup No fee 100% refund
Between 2 and 6 hours before pickup 50% of confirmed fare 50% refund
Less than 2 hours before pickup 100% of confirmed fare No refund

3.2. Changes to Booking

Any changes to the route, time, or vehicle type may result in a fare adjustment and must be approved by Bizcart Cabs prior to the scheduled pickup.

4. Fares and Payment

4.1. Pricing

Fares are calculated based on distance, duration, service type, and vehicle class. Quoted prices include driver allowance, fuel, and standard tolls unless otherwise specified.

4.2. Overtime and Wait Time

Wait time is chargeable after a grace period (e.g., 15 minutes for city pickups, 45 minutes for airport arrivals). Overtime and extra distance traveled outside the confirmed itinerary will be billed at a pre-determined hourly or per-kilometer rate.

4.3. Corporate Billing

Registered corporate accounts will be billed according to their agreed-upon payment terms (e.g., net-30 days). Standard bookings require payment confirmation before dispatch.

5. Liability and Conduct

5.1. Customer Conduct

Customers are expected to treat the driver and vehicle with respect. Bizcart Cabs reserves the right to terminate any service immediately without refund if the customer engages in illegal, aggressive, or dangerous behavior.

5.2. Vehicle Capacity

The passenger count and luggage must not exceed the legal capacity of the booked vehicle type.

5.3. Liability Limits

While Bizcart Cabs aims for perfect punctuality, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or other unforeseen events. We shall not be liable for any consequential loss or damage arising from delay or cancellation.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
